For products, games & CGI

3D ModelingServices.

3D modeling services turn CAD files, sketches or photos into accurate digital 3D models for marketing, animation, games, AR and print. Null Station LLC builds product, hard-surface, character and environment models with clean topology and PBR textures, delivered in the formats your pipeline needs. We have been in practice since 2021. Every project runs on an agreed scope with milestone reviews, and an NDA is available on request.

What are 3D
modeling services?

3D modeling services create the digital geometry everything else is built on: renders, animation, real-time games, AR viewers and 3D printing. A good model is accurate to its reference, built with topology suited to its use, and delivered with UVs and textures that survive the next step of your pipeline.

3D product modeling

From CAD/STEP data or reference photos, we build product models for marketing renders, e-commerce, configurators and AR. CAD is converted into clean, render-ready meshes with real-world scale and materials. Those models feed straight into 3D product animation.

Game-ready 3D models

Props, hard-surface assets, characters and environments built for real-time engines: sensible polycounts, LODs, efficient UVs, PBR texture sets and collisions. See Game Art & Animation for full game production.

Architectural and environment modeling

Interiors, exteriors and set dressing for visualization films and game levels, modeled to plans or concept art.

Retopology, UVs, rigging and print-ready models

We also fix and prepare existing assets: retopology of scans and sculpts, UV layout, simple rigs for animation, and watertight meshes for 3D printing.

Models built for
where they’re going.

01

Product & hard-surface models

Accurate models from CAD or reference for renders, e-commerce and AR.

02

Game-ready props & assets

Real-time assets with LODs, clean UVs and PBR textures.

03

Character modeling

Characters sculpted, retopologized and prepared for rigging.

04

Environments & sets

Interiors, exteriors and modular kits, dressed to the brief.

05

Retopology & UVs

Scans, sculpts and CAD converted into clean, usable meshes.

Formats are confirmed in the brief. If your pipeline uses a specific engine version, naming convention or texel density, we build to it.

How a 3D model
is built.

Every model passes a blockout review before detail work begins, so proportions and scope are agreed early.

01 · Reference
CAD, drawings, photos or concept art, plus the model’s intended use.
02 · Blockout review
Proportions and scale checked against reference before detailing.
03 · High-detail model
Final geometry with topology suited to render, real-time or print.
04 · UVs & texturing
UV layout and PBR materials matched to the reference.
05 · Technical check
Scale, normals, polycount, LODs and naming checked against your specs.
06 · Delivery
Files in the agreed formats, organised for your pipeline.

What to send
us to start.

The better the reference, the more accurate the model and the faster the first review.

Reference
CAD/STEP files, dimensioned drawings, or photos from all sides, plus material and colour references.
Intended use
Render, animation, real-time engine, AR or print. This decides topology and formats.
Specs & quantity
Polycount or texel budgets, LODs, naming conventions, number of models and the deadline.

Questions about
3D Modeling.

3D modeling services create accurate digital 3D models from CAD files, drawings, photos or concept art. The models are used for marketing renders, animation, games, AR and 3D printing, and are built with topology, UVs and textures suited to that use.

Cost depends on complexity, required accuracy, texturing, quantity and whether the model must be game-ready or render-only. Clean CAD data usually reduces effort. Send references and specs and we will reply with a scoped quote and milestones before any work begins.

Ideally CAD or STEP files. If those aren’t available, dimensioned drawings or clear photos from all sides work. Add material and colour references and tell us the intended use (render, AR, game or print), because that decides topology and file formats.

Common deliveries are FBX, OBJ, glTF/GLB, USD/USDZ, STL and BLEND, with PBR texture sets where needed. We confirm formats, scale units and naming conventions in the brief so files drop straight into your pipeline.

Yes. We build real-time assets to your polycount and texel budgets, with efficient UVs, PBR textures, LODs and collision meshes, and test them in Unity or Unreal when required. Our game work includes environment and prop art for BLACKWOOD.

Ownership of the final files is set out in the project agreement and transfers to you once payment clears. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share designs or unreleased products.
