01 / Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026This policy explains what personal information Null Station collects through nullstation.co, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
Null Station is a creative studio making 3D films, visualization, game art and interactive work. The website nullstation.co is operated by Null Station, through its entities in the United States and Bangladesh (together, “Null Station”, “we”, “us”). Each acts as data controller for the information described here. Contact: business@nullstation.co.
2. What we collect
Contact and project forms. When you use a form on the site, we collect what you enter: name, email address, company, project details, budget, timing and how you heard about us.
Null Play email signup. If you register your interest in Null Play, we collect your email address and any details you enter.
Calendly bookings. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address and the details you enter, and shares them with us.
Email and messages. If you email us, or message us through WhatsApp or Facebook, we keep the correspondence and the contact details you used.
Analytics and device data. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. They collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, referring site and a cookie identifier.
Spam protection. Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses browser and interaction signals, including your IP address, to tell people from bots.
Server logs. Our hosting records IP addresses and request details for security and troubleshooting.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run a project (to take steps at your request, or our legitimate interest in running our business).
- To send you Null Play news you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To schedule and hold meetings you book.
- To measure and improve the site (your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interest).
- To keep the site secure and block spam.
- To keep records, meet tax and legal duties and handle disputes.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential operation and security, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measurement, Google reCAPTCHA, and embedded Calendly or video content when you use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed:
- Hosting and content delivery, including our web host and Cloudflare.
- Email delivery and our mailbox provider, which carry form notifications and correspondence.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, reCAPTCHA).
- Calendly, for bookings.
- Messaging platforms you choose to contact us through (WhatsApp, Facebook).
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, and to a successor if the business is sold or reorganised. Some of these providers are in other countries, including the United States, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to manage the relationship. Project and billing records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and contract law require. Null Play signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in Google Analytics.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict some uses, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email business@nullstation.co. We will reply within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
10. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services, for example YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Calendly. Their privacy practices are their own.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and change the “Last updated” date.
